I go there every once in a while. Except for the usual room for improvement, everything is good overall.
I love the che 3 mau here really good just like back home from Viet Nam where I usually eat this che. Lost of the drink here are Amazing!

This is a great place if you like a cold or hot beverage and the have so many different flavors for different drinks and the best smoothies yum yum.
My togo for dessert place, although there is a Bambu in Pleasanton, this one is 20% less expensive and on my way to home from work.
I don’t usually write reviews but I really like this place’s pandan and taro waffles, and the workers are very nice. They even automatically skip the tip page when it’s time to pay, and the list price is what you pay. The drinks and desserts are good too.
I just ordered Strawberry banana with rainbow jelly too and Avocado smash too! It delicious
